Benjamin Pah

Benjamin Pah is SuitUp's Executive Director. Previously, he has served as Atmosphere Academy’s Chief Program Officer. Vice Principal at Coney Island Prep and English teacher at Bronx High School for Law and Community Service. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from NYU. He is New York State Certified as a School Building leader and English teacher. Overall, Ben’s vision is to guide students to discover and achieve the careers of their dreams to uplift their families and communities. Finally, Ben "suits up" as Cookie Monster, King Triton, and other Halloween costumes he coordinates with his wife and 3 kids.

Kelsey Smith (English)

Kelsey Smith is the Chief Partnerships Officer of SuitUp, a leading education nonprofit dedicated to enhancing career readiness for students nationwide. A founding member of the Senior Leadership Team, Kelsey previously served as the Managing Director of Partnerships, where she played a pivotal role in expanding SuitUp's impact. Since joining SuitUp in 2020, Kelsey successfully secured over $4M in philanthropic support from companies across 30+ states, including organizations such as Forbes, Goldman Sachs, NBC Universal, Snap Inc., Salesforce, The TJX Companies, among others. Kelsey's dedication to education is deeply rooted in her experience as a Teach for America alum and former TFA New Jersey Board Member. Her commitment to ensuring all students have access to quality education has been a driving force in her career. Notable accolades include being a recipient of the Gratitude Network Fellowship, a testament to her innovative and impactful contributions to the education sector. Kelsey has been invited to share her insights at events such as ACCP's annual conference, Steelcase's Curious Minds Global Summit, SOCi's annual conference, TFA New York's annual retreat, and more.

Christina Castro

Christina Castro is SuitUp’s Managing Director of Impact Events & Partnerships. Before joining SuitUp, Christina spent over a decade in the media industry as a marketing, sales, and advertising executive. She worked with Fortune 500 brands at top luxury publications, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events to enhance brand awareness. Most recently, Christina led the programs, business development, and operations at Portfolios with Purpose and served as a consultant for several education nonprofits. Christina graduated from Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University.
Christina enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending time with her two children in New Jersey.
Daniela Lebron

Daniela Lebron is a Senior Program Manager for SuitUp, facilitating competitions. As a new member of the Programs Team she’s looking forward to hosting competitions and meeting the amazing students and coaches SuitUp works with! She is a recent graduate of Barnard College, with a degree in Political Science and American Studies with a minor in Environmental Humanities. Prior to SuitUp, Daniela worked with children and youth in various capacities and is passionate about changing the way in which we educate to allow students to take charge and shape the way they learn. Daniela suits up for bouldering, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets!

Zach Graumann is the Co-Founder and Chairman of SuitUp, and brings a wide range of entrepreneurial and public service experiences to his role. He is currently the Co-Founder and President of Noble Mobile, a mobile carrier that pays people to use their phones less. He previously served as Campaign Manager for Andrew Yang's 2020 presidential run, raising over $40 million from hundreds of thousands of donors — an experience he chronicled in his book, Longshot. Earlier in his career, Zach led Client Philanthropy Solutions at UBS and is a cum laude graduate of Duke University.

Casey Miller is the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of SuitUp, co-founding the organization out of her firsthand experience with Teach for America as a teacher and school leader. She also worked in education technology before pivoting to a career spanning sports business, partnerships, strategic planning, and business development — including senior roles working with the NBA, NHL, MLB, and 50+ professional teams. She co-founded GSD Advisory Group, a women-owned advisory firm dedicated to creating more equitable spaces in sports, and she now runs her own consulting practice with clients including the NHL, the NY Mets, the LA Sparks, and the Anti-Defamation League. Casey graduated from Duke University with recognition for outstanding leadership and service, and holds a Master of Education from Hunter College through Teach For America.

Ryan Bailey serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Managing Partner of Paradigm Global Investors, leading the firm's discretionary and non-discretionary investment practices across manager research, portfolio construction, and governance. He previously served as Co-CIO of Investment Office Resources, co-founded Carbonado Partners, and was the inaugural Head of Investments at Children's Health System of Texas, where he managed approximately $1.8 billion across the hospital's pension, foundation, and long-term pools.
A three-time Blueprint Capital Advisors Power100 "Allocator" Honoree (2024–2026) and CIO Magazine "40 Under 40" recipient, Ryan holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
Ann Dai

Ann Dai is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and the Head of Blue Owl Investor Relations. In her role, she is focused on all aspects of public shareholder relations. Before joining Blue Owl, Ann was a Principal at Apollo Global Management, an alternative asset manager based in New York City. Prior to that, she was a Director and lead covering analyst for brokers and select asset managers at KBW. Ann received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting and a MSF (Master of Science in Finance), magna cum laude, from Washington University in St Louis. Currently, Ann serves on the board of the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Christine Grobarcik is an accomplished technology sales leader with experience building partnerships in the financial services industry related to cloud computing, AI, and enterprise software.Currently, Christine serves as an Industry Partner Sales Specialist at NVIDIA, where she helps partners and customers unlock the value of accelerated computing and AI across complex financial services use cases.
Prior to joining NVIDIA, Christine served in senior account management roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), enabling fintech startups and software providers to scale their businesses on the world’s leading global cloud platform. Before her tenure at AWS, Christine spent 17 years at Cisco in various marketing, operations, partner alliance, and sales positions. Based in New Jersey, Christine balances her passions for technology and board membership with family life. Outside of work, Christine enjoys traveling, sunsets on the beach, skiing, bowling, and spending quality time with her family.
Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly serves as Principal of Sunbird Capital, an independent private investment firm. Previously, Mr. Kelly was a senior investment professional at Permian Investment Partners and served as VP at Peterson Partners. Mr. Kelly began his career at Leucadia National Corporation (now Jefferies Financial Group), a publicly traded holding company.
Mr. Kelly holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Marc Fisher

Marc Fisher is the U.S. Chief Compliance Officer for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) and Chief Compliance Officer for City National Bank (CNB), and a member of both organizations’ executive leadership teams.
Marc leads compliance risk management across RBC’s U.S. operations, covering risk assessments, monitoring, testing, regulatory change management, training, and reporting. He brings more than 30 years of experience in compliance and risk management, including serving as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at MUFG Americas and holding senior roles at Bank of America, Countrywide Financial, Washington Mutual, and Dime Savings Bank.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

LaToya Wilson is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, Global Co-Head of Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures. In her current role, LaToya is responsible for the Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures Lab, an in-house startup accelerator that promotes access to capital for early-stage technology and technology enabled companies.
LaToya has over 20 years of experience in the private markets and in impact investing in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, LaToya was the Senior Vice President of Business Investments at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone (UMEZ), an urban revitalization fund that leverages public and private capital to sustain the economic redevelopment of Upper Manhattan in New York through job creation, corporate alliances and strategic investments.
Danny Gluck

Daniel Gluck serves as Principal in the Ares Global Client Solutions Group, where he focuses on Strategic Partnerships. In addition, Mr. Gluck serves as the co-chair for the New York volunteering committee and as a member of the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Prior to joining Ares in 2018, Mr. Gluck was a Product Specialist at Bloomberg LP, where he focused on developing investment workflows for clients. Mr. Gluck serves on the Board of Trustees for SuitUp, a not-for-profit organization focused on career development for underserved students and formally as Vice President of the New York Chapter of the University of Maryland Alumni Board. Mr. Gluck holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland in Marketing.
